The Flat Die Wood Pellet Machine converts solid biomass waste—including crop residues (corn stover, straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, rice husks), weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, and bark—into compact stick-shaped pellet fuel. Through room-temperature compression via rollers and a flat die, raw materials (bulk density: 110–130kg/m³) are densified into pellets with a density exceeding 1100kg/m³. This simplifies transportation and storage while significantly enhancing combustion efficiency.
