Complete wood pellet production line:
1. Wood logs are peeled, then moved to a splitter manually or by claw machine.
2. The splitter reduces logs to chipper-compatible sizes, and the chipper processes them into wood chips.
3. Chips are ground (e.g., via hammer mill), then conveyed to a dryer by a draught fan.
4. Dried materials are fed into the pelletizing chamber, where the pellet mill forms them into pellets.
5. Pellets are transported by belt conveyor to a cooler for temperature reduction.
6. Cooled pellets are lifted to a storage bin, which has two outlets: one for automatic packing (with heat sealing) and another for bulk tonnage packaging.
